Pulling Apart the Vision…

So, let’s take a break from revealing community for a little while. We’ll revisit that a little later. I’d like to spend the next couple of weeks (or so) pulling apart the actual vision of this project. Meaning… what does a coffee house/community resource center “look” like, what is entailed… how does everything work together? What are the services, who is the customer… what is the demographic and location? What is the vision?

If you’ve read “The Vision” tab on the top, you’ve hopefully got a relatively good understanding of what I want to accomplish. This is a complex project, that can’t be easily communicated or summarized in a 90 second elevator speech. So, pulling apart the vision is not only important, it’s needed. And, I want to do it in more detail. So… one, I can successfully communicate what is being offered. And… two, you’ll have more than just a decent understanding… you’ll have a clearly detailed understanding.

We’ll start the next post with… (drum roll please)… where this crazy idea came from.

  1. Your journey to this point has been amazing. I keep thinking that all those Interior Design classes that you took should have been in Family Studies instead but that wasn’t what God had in mind. He needed to grab you first and set you on a path. I am blessed!

    • I think of those Interior Design classes too… but, I don’t regret them. What I learned in Interior Design was very valuable. I agree whole heartedly… God did have to grab me and send me on an interesting path to get me to where I am now. And, what an interesting path it’s been!

I am blessed as well. So glad we’re connected!
